 Reservation Policy
|
| Maximum Occupancy is 2 persons per bed per cottage. Check in time is a 4 PM, check out at 10 AM. For those of you that are checking out after 8 am, please bring all keys to the front office. For those guest that are departing earlier than 8 am, place all keys in drop off box located outside of our front office. Prices are subject to change without notice. A 50% deposit is due at the time of making the reservation and balances are due 30 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation Policy
|
Reservations cancelled prior to 30 days before check in will be reimbursed less a 20% handling fee. Reservations cancelled 30 days or less of check in will not be reimbursed. There is no refund for early departures. The management of Conch Key Cottages strives to make your stay enjoyable. If we can assist you in any way, please call or email.
We strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance, which if purchased in advance will cover accommodation losses and travel expenses due to various reasons.
Please note that we do not sell Travel Insurance, but provide a link on this website to AIG Travel Guard, one of the most reputable and comprehensive providers in the travel industry.

Hurricane Policy
|
We cannot be responsible for delays, interruptions, cancellations or inconveniences in your trip due to weather. Hurricane Season Cancellation Policy, effective June 1-November 30. In the unlikely event that a hurricane evacuation is ordered while you are a guest, and you have not purchased travel insurance, you will be issued a voucher for the unused portion of your stay. If your reservation arrival date coincides with an evacuation order you will receive a voucher for the your entire stay provided you have not purchased travel insurance. Vouchers are redeemable between June 1 and December 1, up to two years from the issue date, excluding special events and holidays.
If you choose not to use your reservation due to an impending storm, but an evacuation notice is not in effect, a refund cannot be offered and our standard cancellation policy applies. No voucher will be issued if a hurricane is not a threat to the Middle Keys and you are unable to travel because of canceled flights or adverse travel conditions outside the Keys.

Things to Know
|
UPON CHECK IN: We will require a $250.00 security deposit for your unit. The deposit will be released after your departure. If you do not have a credit card you may pay by cash or travelers check.
SUPPLIES: Each cottage is provided with toilet paper, coffee filters, garbage bags, dish soap and shampoos and conditioners, linens and towels, a kitchen complete with pots and pans, a juicer, dishes, cuttlery, and charcoal and lighter fluid for the BBQ.
We also provide a continental breakfast with your stay delivered to your door each morning with croissants, muffins, jam, coffee, tea, sugar, creamers, and juicing oranges to make fresh juice.
For your enjoyment, we have a book exchange library and board games for use during your stay. We also provide each cottage with a complimentary two seater kayak. Children's sand toys are available and can be found in a basket on the beach.
We do have a marina complete with a boat ramp and space for your boat. There is a charge of $1.25 per foot per day and advanced reservations are recommended.
Concierge service is available and we look forward to booking that special excursion or dinner reservation on your behalf.
